Registration is now open for the Personal and Professional Development Conference on Dementia

Registration is now open for the 1st Conference on Personal and Professional Development in the Field of Dementia, an event organised by the Department of Occupational Therapy at the Escola Superior de Saúde do Alcoitão, part of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, which will take place online on 5 November.
This conference forms part of the postgraduate course of the same name, which ran from March to December 2024, funded through the ‘Impulso Adultos’ Programme under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The aim is to showcase the work carried out by students on this ESSAlcoitão postgraduate programme, promoting critical reflection and debate on intervention practices aimed at people with dementia, as well as their families and carers.
