Restorative dentistry is the area of dental medicine that treats lesions in teeth, whether caused by dental decay, trauma or other reasons. These lesions are treated using materials that replace the lost tooth structure.
Clinical analyses support medical specialists in diagnosing diseases, assessing their progression and defining the most appropriate treatment for each clinical case. They also serve a preventive purpose.
The electrocardiogram is a test that detects the electrical activity of the heart. Each contraction of the heart muscle or of the heart valves is governed by small electrical impulses generated within the heart itself. The ECG can identify the normal patterns of transmission and generation of these electrical impulses.

Periodontology is the area of dental medicine that studies and treats diseases affecting the tissues supporting the teeth, from the gum to the bone. Periodontal disease should be treated early to prevent it from worsening and causing tooth loss.
Oral pathology is the area of dental medicine responsible for the diagnosis and medical treatment of conditions affecting the hard (teeth and jawbones) and soft (gums, mucosa, tongue and lips) tissues of the oral cavity, as well as surrounding structures.
The area of medical sciences responsible for the study, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of conditions affecting the oral cavity and related structures. It includes various areas of intervention, with one of its main aims being the promotion of oral health.
Radiology is the branch or specialty of medicine, dentistry, industry, forensics and other areas that uses radiation for the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of diseases.
In healthcare, the term physical examination refers to the second part of the clinical method. It involves assessing the patient through inspection, palpation, auscultation and percussion, supported by equipment.

Paediatric rehabilitation is a subspecialty of physical and rehabilitation medicine whose main aims are the habilitation and rehabilitation of children and adolescents with motor disability or multiple disabilities.
Outpatient consultation is a set of scheduled clinical services for observation, diagnosis or treatment in an ambulatory setting.
