The four painted panels depicting the life and legend of Saint Roch transport young people to a world of the late Middle Ages, providing an introduction to the theme of the Black Death. What would it have been like to live in those times and deal with such a crisis? Today there are other epidemics, but advances in medicine enable us to control them.
