Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa will once again be taking part in Futurália, the country’s largest event dedicated to education, training and employability, which takes place from 11 to 14 March at FIL – the Lisbon International Fair, in Parque das Nações.

At this year’s event, Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa’s participation is organised by the Escola Superior de Saúde do Alcoitão (ESSAlcoitão), Valor T and the Human Resources Department, which will showcase to the public the wide range of training, qualification and career opportunities available at the institution.

ESSAlcoitão will be present from 11 to 14 March in the Higher Education area, where it will showcase its training programmes, reaffirming its role as a leading institution in the field of health.

A pioneer in Portugal in the training of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, this private higher education institution continues to train highly qualified professionals through its bachelor’s degrees in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy, as well as various postgraduate programmes aligned with the Bologna Process.

Meanwhile, Valor T, Santa Casa’s employment agency dedicated to people with disabilities, and the Human Resources Department, will be present on 13 and 14 March in the Employment and Employability area, highlighting the professional opportunities available at the institution and presenting Santa Casa as a leading organisation for those seeking to join a team with a strong social impact.

Participation in Futurália thus provides an opportunity to publicise the work carried out by the institution in the areas of education, training and employability, reinforcing Santa Casa’s Compromisso to empower people and promote inclusive career paths.

Held annually, Futurália has established itself as the leading national forum for bringing together students, educational institutions and organisations, promoting the sharing of knowledge and fostering links between the academic world and the labour market.
