“We Are All Leonor” returns to the Sala de Extrações for a new performance
Following the success of its premiere, which formed part of the celebrations marking Santa Casa’s 528th anniversary, the play “We Are All Leonor” returns to the stage of the Sala de Extrações on Thursday 16 July at 7.00 pm. Don’t miss it!

Open to the whole community and with free admission, this new performance aims to give a wider audience the chance to see a production that has won over audiences with its inspiring message and the dedication of its young performers.
Organised by the W+ Health Unit, in partnership with the Department of Culture, the play is performed by young people from the unit and is inspired by the book 'Princess Leonor – Queen of Portugal' by Idalina Veríssimo. The script and direction are the work of Sónia Santos, the director, and João Ferreira, a social work trainee at the W+ Unit.
Through the experiences, doubts and challenges faced by its protagonists, the play invites reflection on values such as humanity, solidarity, equality and the courage to act for the benefit of others. More than just a historical figure, Leonor emerges as a symbol of a transformative force present in each and every one of us.
Don’t miss this opportunity to see a moving play that celebrates the values which continue to inspire Santa Casa’s mission.
