Residência Raquel Ribeiro
Located in Monsanto Forest Park, the refurbishment project for the building that once housed the former Rajá factory — donated to Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa by Nestlé in 2014 — was awarded the 2023 National Urban Rehabilitation Prize in the Best Sustainability Solution category, in recognition of the building’s sustainability and eco-efficiency credentials.
Designed to provide temporary accommodation for people with reduced mobility, the residence offers spacious rooms with abundant natural light, set in surroundings that make it an extremely peaceful and welcoming space.

- Features: A living room with the comfort of an intimate residential setting, featuring extremely modern, simple and minimalist decoration. Its name pays tribute to one of the earliest Portuguese ice-cream brands, making it particularly suitable for food-related events, especially those featuring ice cream and children’s sweets, given its symbolism.

- Capacity: 30 people
- Accessibility: The space is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- Features: A large space with unique natural light thanks to its proximity to Monsanto Park. Ideal for filming, advertising shoots and photo sessions. It features a reception desk and a very pleasant waiting area.
- Area: 591 m²
- Capacity: 300 people
- Accessibility: The space is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- Features: The terrace overlooking Monsanto benefits from surroundings unique within Lisbon. Its size allows for a wide variety of events. The space exudes a peace and tranquillity that come from its setting, with the view stretching out across the woodland of Monsanto.
