Public Auctions
Sale of non-strategic real estate and corporate holdings of Santa Casa through a regulated public auction process.

About the public auction
As part of SCML's Restructuring Plan, the strategic measure of selling the institution's non-strategic real estate and corporate holdings is under way. This process is guided by criteria of impartiality, rigour and probity, under a duly regulated public auction process.
Delivering this measure will enable SCML's assets to be put to work, through strategic management focused on efficiency and rationality, making a vital contribution to the recovery of the institution's heritage as well as to strengthening responses in Health and Social Action.
On this page you will find the set of properties for sale by public auction, with the auction session taking place on a date to be announced in due course, at the Santa Casa’s Drawing Room (Largo da Trindade Coelho, Lisbon).
