For help, information or guidance on social and/or financial problems, you should go to the social support reception service for your area of residence and book an appointment.

The request for authorisation to carry out this activity is made through an application addressed to the relevant service of Instituto de Segurança Social, I.P., the body responsible for issuing the authorisation, in line with the legally established requirements and conditions.

People licensed to carry out this activity can submit their application to Misericórdia de Lisboa’s HR Directorate.

Registration requests for Misericórdia de Lisboa’s nurseries, family-based childcare or kindergartens should be submitted by families at the establishment itself or at the social support reception service for the family’s area of residence. Registrations run throughout the year.
